Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using our Services as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally made duplicate purchases of the same Services. Non-Delivery: If you have not received access to the purchased Services within the specified delivery period. Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality or functionality of the Services and have contacted our support team for assistance without resolution. 1.2 We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.

 

2. Refund Process
